FlexiLibrary is published by FLEXIGLOB LLC (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA; contact@flexiglob.com). By creating an account you accept these terms.
FlexiLibrary lets you catalogue physical books, model their shelf locations in 3D, search them and use optional AI features with your own provider key.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials and devices secure. You must provide accurate information.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you add. You grant us only the permissions needed to store and display it to you and the members you invite. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
AI features
AI results may be incomplete or wrong. FlexiLibrary never presents unverified page numbers, prices or stock as facts, but you should verify important information. Provider charges on your API key are between you and the provider.
Acceptable use
No abuse, scraping, attempts to access other users’ data, or overloading the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and backed up but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
